Terms of Service
The terms for using the Global Pinoy Travel CMS, the storefronts it serves, and the bookings made through them.

- These terms govern your use of the Global Pinoy Travel CMS and the public pages it serves. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
- Partners are responsible for the accuracy of the offers, prices and booking details they publish.
- Visitors should use the platform only for genuine enquiries and bookings, and keep their account credentials secure.
- Where an agency sells a travel service, that agency is responsible for delivering it; Global Pinoy Travel provides the platform.
Using the platform
These terms are between you and Global Pinoy Travel. They cover your use of the CMS, the dashboard and the public storefronts and pages the platform serves.
If you use the platform on behalf of an agency or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
Partner accounts and published content
You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your credentials secure, and for activity that happens through your account.
You are responsible for the offers, prices, availability and booking details you publish, and for holding the rights to any text, photographs or other content you upload. Do not publish anything unlawful, misleading or infringing.
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts the platform or its users at risk.
Bookings and payments
Each agency is responsible for the travel services it advertises and sells, and for the accuracy of what it promises. Global Pinoy Travel provides the platform those bookings run on; it does not itself sell the travel service.
Payments may be collected through third-party payment providers, each of which has its own terms. Where a payment is collected for an agency, that agency remains responsible for the service and for any refund due under its own policy.
An agency’s own terms, privacy notice and refund policy also apply to bookings you make with it.
Acceptable use
Use the platform only for lawful purposes and genuine enquiries or bookings. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, scrape or overload the service, introduce malicious code, or use it to send unsolicited messages.
Intellectual property
The platform, its software and the templates and designs we provide belong to Global Pinoy Travel and its licensors. Content an agency uploads remains the agency’s, and the agency grants us the licence we need to host and display it as part of the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the platform available and secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may change or withdraw features.
To the extent the law allows, Global Pinoy Travel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for travel services supplied by an agency or a third-party provider. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service changes. When we make a material change we will take reasonable steps to tell account holders, and continuing to use the platform means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
